RedSpeed are set to supply Scotland with more fixed enforcement systems.

RedSpeed International Ltd has this month agreed with Transport Scotland  to supply a number of RedSpeed systems in the Edinburgh and Glasgow area.

The agreement follows a number of visits to the area, working with Transport Scotland to assess the best solution for their needs.  RedSpeed was the first digital speed and / or red light system to achieve Home Office Type Approval in the United Kingdom some four years ahead of the rest of the market.  This approval means our equipment is tried and tested in a number of challenging environments around the UK. With many systems already operational in Central London, we were able to demonstrate that our equipment is more than capable of dealing with the volumes of traffic using the busy roads of the regions largest cities.
